SHIPPING POLICY

Once your JL order is ready, it is signed, wrapped, and dispatched with the utmost care from our Sydney studio. We ship using Australia Post Express and DHL Express Worldwide, ensuring your pieces arrive safely and swiftly.

Please note: dispatch times differ for ready-to-wear and made-to-order pieces.

  • Ready-to-wear orders typically dispatch within 2–5 business days.

  • Made-to-order, leather, and bridal pieces are handcrafted in our studio and will be dispatched once production is complete. Estimated timeframes are provided at purchase and may vary based on design complexity and material availability.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING AUSTRALIA

  • Free DHL Express on orders over $500 AUD

  • Australia Post Express $15 AUD
    Estimated delivery: 1 - 4 business days

  • DHL Express - calculated at checkout
    Estimated delivery: 1 - 3 business days

Studio Collection
If you’re eager to receive your piece sooner, you may collect it directly from our Surry Hills studio. Please contact letsdiscuss@julianalilly.com.au to arrange a suitable time.

Available for orders placed before 12pm
Flat rate: $25 AUD

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express Worldwide.

Free DHL Express Worldwide on orders over $1,000 AUD

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • USA: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Asia: 2–5 business days

  • All other regions: 5–10 business days

Duties & Taxes (DDU)
International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Prices shown at checkout exclude taxes, duties and import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Payment of duties may be required before your parcel is released. We are unable to advise on exact costs, as rates vary country to country.

Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Risk & Responsibility
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the parcel is handed to the carrier. Juliana Lilly Studios is not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances outside our control. We are unable to refund or replace items lost by third-party carriers, so we recommend ensuring your delivery address is accurate and secure.
