We'll keep you updated via email on the progress of your piece and notify you with a shipping confirmation once it's signed, wrapped, and on its way to you.

SHIPPING

Once your JL order is ready, we will carefully sign, wrap, and dispatch it using Australia Post and DHL Express Worldwide.

Domestic

We offer free DHL Express shipping for orders over $500 AUD. 

Australia Post Express shipping $20.

Estimated delivery times for Australia Post Express shipping is 1-4 days.

DHL Express shipping charges vary by location and are calculated at checkout. 

Estimated delivery times for DHL Express 1-3 days.

We are unable to guarantee next day delivery.

If you're eager to receive your order sooner you are able to collect directly from JLS, please reach out to our customer care team at letsdiscuss@julianalilly.com.au.

For those unable to visit, we offer a same-day courier service for orders placed before 12pm within the Sydney Metro area, at a flat fee of $25.

International 

We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. The prices displayed on site are exclusive of all taxes and duties. 

As the recipient, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We do not cover any extra cost of duties and tax at the destination, this is the responsibility of the recipient. 

We offer free DHL Express Worldwide shipping for orders over $1,000 AUD.

USA: 2-5 days
Europe: 5-10 days
Asia: 2-5 days 
All other regions: 5-10 days

RETURNS

Your JL piece is crafted specifically for you, so if the size isn't quite right upon receiving your order, we'll do our best to accommodate a size exchange. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items if necessary. Please contact our customer care team at letsdiscuss@julianalilly.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate the process. 

Our priority is ensuring you love your new JL piece. If you prefer to exchange it for another item of equal or greater value, you may do so. Please allow for an additional two weeks from our confirmation to create your new piece. 

Please note the cost of returning your JL order will be at your expense. Ensure the item is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

If the piece is returned worn, used, or not in its original condition as determined by our in-house atelier, we reserve the right to decline your return and your order will be sent to your original shipping address.
