Thank you for choosing a unique JL piece crafted by our in-house artisans at Juliana Lilly Studios in Sydney, Australia.

Most JL pieces are crafted in limited quantities or made to order in our Sydney studio.

All Leather pieces are made to order and crafted especially for you, please allow up to two weeks from the time of your order.

JL Bridal pieces are made to order and created in accordance with the JL Bridal Experience pathway you’ve chosen. Please allow a minimum of three weeks for your bridal piece to be brought to life.

All other ready-to-wear pieces are produced in limited quantities and shipped directly from our Sydney studio.

SHIPPING

Once your JL order is ready, we will carefully sign, wrap, and dispatch it using Australia Post and DHL Express Worldwide.

Domestic

We offer free DHL Express shipping for orders over $500 AUD. 

Australia Post Express shipping $15.

Estimated delivery times for Australia Post Express shipping is 1-4 days.

DHL Express shipping charges vary by location and are calculated at checkout. 

Estimated delivery times for DHL Express 1-3 days.

If you're eager to receive your order sooner you are able to collect directly from JLS, please reach out to our customer care team at letsdiscuss@julianalilly.com.au.

For those unable to visit, we offer a same-day courier service for orders placed before 12pm within the Sydney Metro area, at a flat fee of $25.

 

International 

We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. The prices displayed on site are exclusive of all taxes and duties. 

As the recipient, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We do not cover any extra cost of duties and tax at the destination, this is the responsibility of the recipient. 

We offer free DHL Express Worldwide shipping for orders over $1,000 AUD.

USA: 2-5 days
Europe: 5-10 days
Asia: 2-5 days 
All other regions: 5-10 days

RETURNS

Your JL piece is crafted especially for you, we want you to love it as much as we do.

Leather and JL Bridal pieces are made to order, created individually in our Sydney studio. Because of their bespoke nature, these pieces are ineligible for refund, however, if the size isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to accommodate a size exchange or a minor adjustment to ensure your perfect fit.

Ready-to-wear pieces are produced in limited quantities and may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached. We recommend trying on all items upon arrival to allow adequate time for exchange if needed.

Please contact our customer care team at letsdiscuss@julianalilly.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate the process.

The cost of returning your JL order will be at your expense. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. If a piece is returned worn, used, or not in its original condition as determined by our in-house atelier, we reserve the right to decline the return and have the piece sent back to your original shipping address.
